The New InTouch 10.0 product provides the perfect means of creating a detailed, effective and visually striking HMI that is used for operational visualization of the plant processes.

Minot Enterprises builds operation displays using this product. The plant model is built up in ArchestrA and the data accessed from here for the HMI presentation.

For legacy InTouch applications modifications to the scripting can be done. Generally speaking no InTouch scripting is done for new applications and the application is used purely as an HMI receiving inputs and writing outputs to ArchestrA. The application is used only as an HMI. All alarms and events are also generated from within ArchestrA.
